Responsibilities

Administers the residency and/or medical student program.

Provides oversight and organization for the activities of the residency and/or medical student education program in all facilities that participate in the program.
Assigns clinical rotations and staff appointments of attending physicians on teaching services.
Implements policies and procedures related to the residency and/or medical student program. Reviews, updates and assists in writing curricula.
Submits all information required and requested by various accrediting bodies, including but not limited to program information forms and annual program resident and/or medical student updates.

GME knowledge and experience is preferred.

Prior leadership experience is preferred.

Ability to manage program accreditation, compliance and institutional reviews.

Communication skills to collaborate with faculty, residents, hospital administration and external partners.

Budget management and resource allocation skills.
Experience in operations and managing employees.

Bachelor's degree with 5 years job specific experience with 2 of those years in a leadership / management role....  More >><< Less
