Overview
Oversees and manages the administrative functions of the Graduate Medical Education programs for Riverside Health System. Primary responsibilities include ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, managing budgetary matters, coordinating educational activities, and providing leadership to support the development and growth of residency and fellowship programs.

What you will do
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all residency and fellowship programs

Collaborate with Program Directors and Program Managers to ensure effective implementation of curriculum, schedules, and evaluations

Develops and manages annual budget for GME operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

Monitors GME Program Managers’ task compliance

Oversees and directs the operations of the Sim Lab

Develop and implement policies and procedures related to GME operations, ensuring alignment with institutional polices and accreditation requirements.

Assist with GME faculty and program manager professional development by collating accomplishments, and develops various communication channels to RHS and RMG leaders about GME-born process improvements.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelors Degree, Business or healthcare related field (Required)

Experience
3-4 years Office administration and/or management experience (Required)

1 year Experience with Graduate Medical Education programs (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications
TAGME - National Board for Certification Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education within 2 Years(Required)
