The Clerkship and Residency Program Administrator serves as the manager of the specialty residency program. Responsibilities include creates, monitors and disseminates trainee schedules and manages those rotation schedules throughout the year (entering into residency management system, ensuring budget compliance, verifying required training goals are met). Monitors completion and compliance of all ACGME residency program requirements and institutional policies. Manages residents employee profile through HR Infor system as well as maintains/approves electronic timecard through TEAM systems. Reports to Graduate Medical Education Program Manager and work closely with the Clerkship Director to operate and grow the Clerkship program at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital. The position is also responsible for coordinating, orienting, onboarding and managing all medical students and their schedules. The Clerkship and Residency Program Administrator is responsible for the coordination of one or more Clerkships including the design, implementation, assessment/evaluation, and management of academic, evaluative, and administrative activities to ensure fulfillment of learning objectives and clinical experiences. The Clerkship Administrator must demonstrate the ability to focus on details and deadlines while remaining flexible to respond to the demands and challenges of a busy office. The posted compensation range of $32.08 - $46.51 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Minimum of 3 years experience in program managing or business related field.
