Experience coordinating a medical residency/education program
Knowledge of medical education and accreditation and certification requirements and standards (ACGME)
Experience with New Innovations software especially with regards to enhanced applications and report generation
Ability to determine informational needs, to collect and analyze information, and to devise and develop statistical analyses and
reports
Skill in examining and evaluating operating strategies, systems, and procedures
Knowledge of program planning, complex scheduling, coordinating meetings/events virtually and in-person
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidential information.
