Are you leaving a lasting legacy as an academic OB/GYN? This is a unique opportunity for a founding program director to lead in the development and implementation of a new OB/GYN Residency program in Riverside, CA. Under the direction of the GME DVP, the Program Director is responsible for the general administration, curriculum planning, recruitment, teaching and supervision of the OB/GYN Residency Program (“OB/GYN Program or Program”) sponsored by Riverside Community Hospital. The Program Director establishes the strategic direction of the Program and is responsible for the standards, quality and reputation of such. The Program Director is expected to support integration of the OB/GYN Program with physician practices and hospital clinical services in a manner that enhances value and quality, and that promotes an optimal environment for professional practice and medical education. Position will have 50% protected administrative time and 50% teaching/clinical time.

• Board-certified by the ABOG or AOBOG
• Minimum of 3 years of educational and/or administrative experience (Core Faculty, Associate Program Director, and/or Program Director) in an ACGME accredited residency program prior to appointment
• Strong administrative and team building skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
