We have an immediate opening for a family medicine program director in our young, 8-8-8 family medicine residency program in southeast North Carolina. We are affiliated with Campbell University and have received ACGME Initial Accreditation. We serve a unique population demographic in a rural, under-served community that is less than
two hours from the Atlantic Ocean. The organization and program leadership are looking for a physician who will bring enthusiastic and creative ideas to advance the program in a welcoming community. An ideal candidate would be looking to actively share their expertise in GME and develop their leadership skills in a learning environment. The program emphasizes the administrative duties of the program, with clinical schedules to meet the needs of resident training. Outpatient clinical work is preferred; geriatric fellowship and low risk obstetrical knowledge and skills as a passion are welcome!
