Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Health Administration or related healthcare field required; Master’s Degree highly preferred. Three to five years’ experience in medical education and accreditation compliance. CME experience highly preferred. Demonstrated project and database management skills, analytical and technological ability to gather data and evaluate options and make recommendations, evidence of tracking and reporting outcomes highly desired, Group process skills with evidence of multidisciplinary program planning required. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required. Exceptional customer service, policy development, fiscal management and project management skills.
