The Director of Simulation
and Clinical Skills will manage and oversee all finance, administrative, operational, data and reporting functions of the simulation center for Graduate Medical Education.
Efforts will focus on developing relationships with program directors and faculty participating in our Graduate Medical Education programs to enhance the quality of residency education and verification of skills through integrated and proficiency-based curricula. Additionally, this position will work with the Director of Educational Outcomes to develop curricula for teaching skills such as teamwork, interprofessional collaboration, professionalism, and interpersonal communication that can be taught in simulation settings.
