High School Diploma or some college required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of office administration experience and 1+ years in Graduate Medical Education.
SKILLS/ ABILITIES/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (able to take meeting minutes).
· Ability to organize information.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
· Working knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Working knowledge of ERAS, New Innovations and/or Med Hub.
· Exercises good judgment, discretion and diplomacy in communications.
