Under limited direction from the Director for Medical Education and Program Director, the Manager, Community of Practice (CoP) Education Programs is responsible for managing the day to day operations of assigned Graduate Medical Education program(s) and management of assigned Community of Practice, including staff, resources and work efficiencies. This individual is responsible for ensuring smooth flow of planning, preparation and execution of activities related to maintaining program accreditation, residency recruitment, resident education and wellness. The Manager, CoP Education Programs is a primary resource for learners, faculty and administrative staff and functions as institutional liaison between program and regulatory administrative offices. This position reports directly to the Director for Medical Education and is directly accountable to his/her respective program director(s).
