The Graduate Medical Education Specialist works collaboratively with the Director of Medical Education/Designated Institutional Official (DME/DIO) and other members of the Department of Medical Education to help with the accreditation and daily GME operations of all residency programs. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a hospital medical education environment is preferred.
2. Advanced skills in MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, New Innovations
3. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related discipline required.
4. Experience with Residency Management system .
5. Organizational skills and expectations of high quality results.
6. Attention to detail and good analytical skills
7. Excellent skills on work prioritization and time management
