The open position is in the GME Office and could easily be identified as the face of GME at University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix (UACOMP). While all GME programs are sponsored through UACOMP, program support are located, and employed by Banner-University Medical Center Phoenix (BUMCP). Among the many varied responsibilities, currently the GME Coordinator processes medical students and all rotating residents at BUMCP. They staff and participate in several GME committees and subcommittees as well as special projects. The GME Program Coordinator, along with the GME Office, provide support for 28 residency and fellowship programs. Skills and abilities typically attained with 3 years of experience in a related area are preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and must have the ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast paced environment

Must be proficient with commonly used office software and computers.

Associates Degree and/or additional experience preferred.
