Providence is calling a Program Coordinator for our Residency Program (Transitional Year Residency Program, Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Medical Group in Spokane, Washington.

The Residency Program Coordinator manages the educational programs and supports the Program Director in program development, implementation, evaluation and administration.
This position requires an ability to prioritize tasks, set and meet deadlines, maintain accurate databases and initiate/maintain communication about resident program activities. This person should possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain discreteness and diplomatically handle problems. This person should also be able to work independently but know when to seek direction from supervisors.
The Residency Program Coordinator organizes and coordinates the activities associated with program specific House Staff to include residents and faculty. Manages Resident recruitment, evaluations, scheduling and maintaining department personnel records. Acts as point of contact for program specific House Staff as necessary. Responsible for 18 trainees at a single site.
Strong liaison for both the program and program residents.
The Residency Program Coordinator is responsible for reporting program data to the Accreditation Agencies associated with program(s) (to include, AOA/ACGME, Opportunities/WebAds, FREIDA, ERAS, NMS/NRMP).
