REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of B to B selling experience with a proven track record of success.
• Ability to develop and advance sales pipeline; professionally trained or certified in a selling model (SPIN, NEAT, Customer Centric, etc) preferred.
• Knowledge of the medical resident and
GME market and experience working with GME Designated Institutional Officers (DIO’s), Residency program administrators and Residency program managers preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially in customer relations along with sales presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and team building skills with the ability to lead as well as be a player on a team.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to interface effectively and build relationships with people of varying disciplines, backgrounds, and expertise, including senior-level management.
• Must be self-motivated and able to effectively manage time to achieve individual and organizational goals.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com and Microsoft O365 required.
• Ability to travel at least 20% of the time; this position also requires an in-office presence at AMA headquarters in Chicago.
