Provide support and assistance to the Department of Graduate Medical Education, including the Director, Graduate Medical Education and program coordinators and to perform responsibilities with the use of independent judgment, professional communication, decision making and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills:
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
2. Ability to successfully interact with physicians, residents, program coordinators and administration.
3. Computer literate, knowledgeable with MS Office software.
4. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material professionally and support the Director.
5. Comprehension of Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures and performance of duties within the guidelines.
6. Actively support the Hospital Mission Statement through fulfillment of job responsibilities and other related assigned duties.
Requirements:
Schedule Days/Hours: Monday through Friday; 8:30am – 5:00pm

Education: Associate’s Degree or High School diploma or equivalent with at least 3-5 years direct experience required.
