The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology seeks an Education Program Manager to provide overall supervision and management of the Department education programs, which includes medical student, resident, and fellowship education. Qualified candidates will independently and collaboratively identify opportunities of improvement within the educational programs and existing curriculum and in the daily educational administrative operations; develop and implement plans for improvement; and evaluate and report level of success of Implemented changes. Candidates will write papers, abstracts and presentations in collaboration with department faculty and staff.

Professional and effective written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
Well-developed abilities in the following: tact, judgment, resourcefulness, confidentiality, and independent analysis and decision-making. Excellent analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.

Completion of a masters degree in Education or closely related field is required.
