An excellent new full-time position is now available for a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician to join an established Internal Medicine Residency Program in beautiful Colorado!
This is a Hospital Employment opportunity to join a leading Regional Medical Center, recently named as a Top Hospitals in Colorado, in an inpatient
and outpatient Faculty position. Their established Internal Medicine Residency Program began as an AOA-Accredited Program with 30 current Residents (10 in each postgraduate level) and now holds ACGME Accreditation. The Hospital is affiliated with an Osteopathic Medical School in Colorado and accepts up to 24 base Medical Students on rotation annually.
The position will include attending physician duties, hospital inpatient rounding with the Resident Team, didactic lectures, morning reports and preceptor hours in the Residency clinic. Weekend Call coverage will be shared 1:4 with the Inpatient Residency Service. Resident training is also provided in rotations with a variety of inpatient services and subspecialties including cardiology, hospitalists, critical care, neurology, gastroenterology and other specialists on the medical staff.
