EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Master's degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE
At least five years of experience in the management of financial operations and in the planning, development and implementation of programs, policies and procedures. Comprehensive knowledge of grant
and contract administration required, preferably in higher education.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to foster collaborations across diverse faculty and staff, constituencies in a large academic institution, inspire confidence, and motivate groups to collectively meet common objectives.

Business Skills: Results-oriented performance with strong work ethic; demonstrated success at working independently.
Supervisory Skills: Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train staff and develop subordinate's skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong Analytical and problem solving skills. Meets challenges with resourcefulness.
Computer Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. Knowledge of university systems (BANNER, COGNOS, etc.) is preferred.
