2+ years coordinator/project management experience in Graduate Medical Education (GME) required (an additional 4 years of relevant work experience required if no degree). Bachelor degree in Healthcare Administration or related field strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple tasks. Must be detail oriented. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to learn new software programs. Valid Driver's License. Current auto insurance with proof of coverage required. Must possess a driving record free from major violations within the past five years, and maintain an acceptable driving record with no major violations in accordance with the Motor Vehicle Regulations and Abington Health's auto insurance policy.
