The ideal candidate will hold an MD, DO, or its foreign equivalent, or a Doctorate in Education or a related field. They will have demonstrated experience as a residency program director or in a leadership role involving residency or fellowship training. The candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge of Accreditation Council
for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements for both institutions and individual programs, as evidenced by prior experience or certification. Additionally, they must have a proven ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including residency program directors, faculty, residents, and executive hospital committees. A strong commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment is essential, including experience in mentorship, advocacy, or professional development initiatives for residents and fellows.

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $135,000 to $300,000. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience while also considering internal equity. Additional incentive compensation may also be available for clinical work performed beyond the standard scope of responsibilities.
