This position manages and oversees the Emergency Medicine Residency Program. Coordinates the recruitment of new residents and manages the residency application process via ERAS. Demonstrates responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the residency program, academic growth, personal guidance and well-being of its residents in training. Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills in applying detailed knowledge of the responsibilities, functions and management structure of the residency by organizing and independently prioritizing work, establishing procedures and ensuring the orderly and timely flow through the residency. Must have at least 5 years of admin support experience and two to three years in GME. Working knowledge of New Innovations, ERAS and Thalamus.

The EM residency is a 21 resident program where the primary location is based at the Abrazo West Campus in Goodyear, AZ.
