Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited institution with a demonstrated record of achievement in teaching, academic research, and service.
Ability to obtain Florida medical license prior to hire.
Board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Minimum of three years in an administrative, teaching or leadership role in an ACGME accredited
internal Medicine residency program.
Preferred Qualifications
Effective professional management skills, including the ability to plan, organize and schedule work in an efficient and productive manner, focusing on key priorities and meeting deadlines.
Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, mentoring and teaching skills.
A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven health system.
Ability to communicate with others in a clear, understandable, and professional manner in person, on the phone, electronically, and in writing.
Ability to build and lead high-performing teams; must be able to provide clear and accurate direction and guidance.
Have strong administrative and team building skills.
