The Team Resources Generalist:

Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all Graduate Medical Education (physician residency) programs.
Supports the Director of Team Resources and TR Managers with benefits and leave administration, compensation and market review, Talent Acquisition and onboarding activities, development and implementation of procedures, policies, and Team Resources initiatives.
Partners with Designated Institutional Official (DIO) and Program Managers to perform Team Member relations functions and align Team Resources programs and resources with GME strategy....  More >><< Less

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience: 5 years' experience in an HR Generalist role. Preferred: 1 year HR management experience.
Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of supporting Human Resources Functions of Graduate Medical Education Program
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Professional certification in Human Resources PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred....  More >><< Less
