This position directs and guides, through operational oversight and supervision, the Hospitals Medical Education Department. Ensures compliance with required governing, licensing, and financial regulations and requirements, and mandatory reporting to federal, state, and all other applicable entities. Provides direct oversight of the medical education team to support the functions, both administrative and financial of all program operations. Bachelors Degree in Business or Health Administration OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Five (5) or more years of experience in a hospital/ medical education setting.

Current experience with accreditation requirements, with emphasis on ACGME requirements.

Demonstrated leadership accomplishments.

Skill in developing and maintaining effective and collaborative relationships with other professionals and institutions, and maintaining confidentiality.
