This position reports to the Program Director (PD). The position provides oversight for all administrative aspects of the Graduate Medical Education (GME) and Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) Programs at Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) Dominican Hospital Santa Cruz. Specific responsibilities include project development and implementation, employee interviewing, hiring, orienting and supervision, overseeing marketing and communication, managing and reconciling all program finances, including grants. Oversees all aspects of resident recruitment through the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). Supports the PD to ensure compliance with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements, National Residency Matching program (NRMP), the Electronic Resident Application Service (ERAS), and the California Medical Boards. Qualifications
Minimum:

General education in a health-related field or a combination of education and experience
Minimum required B.A. degree
Operational managment, including budget preparation, experience in administrative support of a department, and demonstrated ability to manage detailed projects.
Preferred:

Graduate medical education including residency training and requirements and ACGME requirements, applicable computer software, National Match requirements, and Medicare GME-related requirements....  More >><< Less
