The Director of Graduate Medical Education will bring infrastructure and systems together to provide an environment for educational excellence and outstanding culture for GME. The Director of GME will be strategic and have the technical knowledge to optimize GME operations in collaboration with GME leadership, program directors, hospital leaders and executives whose focus is on clinical program excellence. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Academic and Business Operations and Associate Dean, Graduate Medical Education, the Director of Graduate Medical Education will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing strategy for enhancement across all GME programs to ensure that residents and fellows are learning in a best-in-class environment dedicated to providing high quality, patient centered medical care.
