PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Functions: Manage daily operational and administrative functions of the Residency Training Program to include the management of training activities, budget, evaluation, conferences and events, and marketing; direct recruitment efforts for the Residency Training Program: to include web-page information architecture, fielding candidate inquiries (July-Jun), ERAS application system (Sept-Mar), develop and manage interview schedules; oversee database management and online listings. Develop orientation activities and schedules for new and continuing residents.
Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited college or university required; and a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.
