The Fellowships Program Manager assists the Program Directors in management and direction of Fellowship training programs. The Program Manager will continually assess, evaluate, and manage a wide range of programmatic responsibilities including long term planning, Fellow recruitment, project development, workflow review, database management, faculty and fellow communication regarding a variety
of topics and issues, as well as internal and external program relations management. The Fellowships Program Manager acts as an educational liaison between the program and attending physicians, fellows and medical students, other specialty departments, outside institutions, GME office and Medical Staff office and assures program compliance with accreditation agency standards.
