Broward Health Medical Center is a 716-bed, state-of-the-art Level I Trauma Center and Ft. Lauderdale’s largest healthcare facility. We are seeking a highly motivated team player, with the ability to also work independently, to perform administrative, operational and financial management functions in support of the needs of the Program Directors, Resident Physicians, Faculty and GME Department.

Duties will include preparation of schedules, correspondence and credentials; assessment and direction of a wide range of programmatic issues including recruitment, on-boarding, graduation, projects, database maintenance, program budgets, reporting and communicating with faculty and trainees; and acting as a liaison for the program and the GME department managing internal and external program relations....  More >><< Less

Qualifications:
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Two years related experience.
Excellent communication/customer service skills.
Ability to understand perspectives of a multi-faceted team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requires an understanding of national educational accreditation policies and hospital policies, as well as a high-degree of initiative and independent judgment.
