Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor¿s degree in business administration, health care administration or related field.
2. Minimum of five years of progressively responsible related experience including program/project coordination or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Proficiency in using various Microsoft Office applications such as World, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Familiar with Internet applications.
4. Effective oral, written, communication, interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently.
6. Time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
7. Ability to project manage and to multi task while paying attention to details.
8. The ideal individual will also be highly creative, demonstrate initiative in determining program and office needs, and be comfortable in attending to work related responsibilities.
9. Previous experience working in a residency coordination role preferred.
