POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Program Coordinator will support development and implementation of the Longitudinal Integrated Clerkship (LIC) at Regions Hospital. The LIC is an innovative way of teaching 3rd year medical students through clinical encounters. Medical students will work with multiple specialties over a 10 month period. The students will
develop relationships with a core group of patients that they will follow through their LIC. The position (coordinator) will be a key person in implementation and coordination of this new curriculum. The position (coordinator) will help develop new and innovative schedules for students and faculty.
