Reporting to the Creighton Arizona Health Education Alliance Board of Directors, the Executive Director will be responsible for strategic and management oversight of educational programs and training activities in Arizona. Accountable for day-to day operations, financial performance and other business affairs for the Alliance. Will play an active role in
identifying and pursuing opportunities to secure funding for operations and expansion of health
professions training in Arizona.
Works collaboratively with the leadership of multiple health education programs, creating professionally
progressive relationships among leadership faculty and learners. Coordinate with Alliance Core Members and the Board around facility planning, marketing, branding and communications, and philanthropy/fundraising functions. Serves as a liaison among the Alliance Members and with external partners, affiliates and other entities for further
the mission of the Alliance through partnerships.
Under the strategic direction of the Board, develops goals and objectives and reports to the Board on overall education program performance and quality goals. Works with all parties of the Alliance to ensure that health education programs comply with all applicable requirements of accrediting agencies.
Manages fiscal operations and day-to-day operations to ensure fin effective operations and financial stability. Evaluates cost-efficiency changes and opportunities to secure new and additional funding. Collaborates with Alliance members to manage funds flow and cost allocation methodology.
Provides effective leadership to Alliance staff to achieve top-quartile performance. Ensure systems are in place to recruit and retain faculty and Alliance staff. Create a collaborative environment that offers job satisfaction, recognition and stimulates innovative thinking.
