HCA Riverside Community Hospital in Riverside, California is seeking a dynamic, Board Certified Internist to serve as ASSOCIATE PROGRAM DIRECTOR for our 2 year old Internal Medicine Residency Program. Candidate will be a University of California Riverside School of Medicine employee/faculty. Working in tandem with our Program Director, Assistant Program Director and Chief Resident(s), candidates with a broad knowledge of and commitment to Internal Medicine as a discipline will enjoy the opportunity to develop a top rated program with full and dedicated financial/hospital/community support. Candidates must present with broad knowledge, experience and commitment to Internal Medicine teaching. Evidenced based medicine and patient centered training is the cornerstone of this program and candidate will be expected to demonstrate this approach through teaching and practice. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES:
*Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine
*Interest in Quality improvement and scholarly activity a plus.
*Three Years of ACGME approved faculty experience preferred
*Must be willing to combine Administrative and Clinical Responsibilities (50/50)
*Must have strong administrative and team building skills
