The Vice President of Graduate Medical Education role presents an accomplished healthcare leader with an exceptional opportunity to provide design, leadership, and operational management in this newly created, mission-critical position with Health Quest System. With a bold vision
for the future, this role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced Graduate Medical Education (GME) leader to partner with Health Quest executive leadership to develop an advanced approach to GME across the Health Quest System. This includes the innovative use of technology, systems based thinking, and pioneering educational processes to create an attractive and highly advanced educational environment.

Position Details
• This Vice-President of Graduate Medical Education will serve as the System’s Designated Institution Official (DIO) with responsibility for the leadership and administrative oversight of the Graduate Medical Education (GME) interns, residents, and fellows programs and activities.
• As part of Health Quest’s process to become an ACGME Institutional Sponsor and develop new residency programs at Health Quest, with an anticipated Institutional Accreditation Decision forthcoming in October 2017, and three programs slated to start in July 2019, and an additional five launching in 2020. Likewise, Program Director Recruitment will be an early and important part of this Vice President’s responsibilities.
